1) Information We Collect

“Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked with you or your household. Personal information does not include publicly available information, de-identified information, or aggregated information.

A. Information You Provide

We collect information you provide directly, such as when you:

      • submit an inquiry or form on the Service

      • contact us by email

      • communicate with us for privacy requests or support

    This may include:

        • Identifiers & contact info: name, email, phone number, city, ZIP code, and similar contact details

        • Inquiry details: information you enter about your situation (for example, employment issue details, incident descriptions, dates, location, employer name, or other details you include)

        • Communications: the content of messages you send us

Don’t submit sensitive info you would only share with your lawyer (like SSNs, full medical records, or confidential strategy). The Service is not a secure channel for privileged communications.

      B. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

          • Device and network data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, language settings

          • Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, time spent, referring/exit pages, timestamps

          • Approximate location: derived from IP address (generally city/region level)

        C. Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies (collectively, “Tracking Technologies”) such as:

            • Cookies (session and persistent)

            • Pixels/web beacons

            • Log files

            • Analytics tools

            • Session replay (where enabled) to understand how users interact with pages (for example, clicks, scrolling, and navigation patterns)

You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Service may not function as intended.

          D. Information From Other Sources

          We may receive information from:

              • advertising/analytics partners (for example, aggregated campaign reporting)

              • public sources (for example, business contact information)

              • social platforms (if you interact with our content there)

If we combine information from other sources with information we collected through the Service, we treat the combined information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

            2) How We Use Information

We use personal information for the following business purposes:

                • Operate and maintain the Service (including troubleshooting, security, and performance)

                • Make your submission available to Advertising Attorney(s) as described in Section 3

                • Respond to you if you contact us directly (for example, questions, support, privacy requests)

                • Prevent fraud and abuse and enforce our terms

                • Analytics and measurement (understanding how the Service is used)

                • Advertising and marketing (including measuring ad performance and, where applicable, showing ads to people who visited the Service)

We may also use de-identified or aggregated information for analytics and business purposes.

              3) How We Share Information

We share information in the following ways:

              A. Advertising Attorneys (Submission Availability)

If you submit information through the Service, your submission is made available to one or more attorneys or law firms that pay for advertising (“Advertising Attorneys”) so they may independently decide whether to contact you.

                  • CBK Solutions does not contact you about legal services.

                  • Advertising Attorneys are independent businesses and control how they handle your information once they receive it. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies and professional obligations. If you want an Advertising Attorney to stop contacting you, you must contact that attorney directly.

                B. Service Providers

We share information with vendors that perform services for us, such as:

                    • website hosting

                    • analytics and reporting

                    • security monitoring

                    • customer support tools (for privacy requests and support emails)

Service providers are permitted to use personal information only to provide services to us and not for their own independent purposes, except where allowed by law.

                  C. Advertising and Analytics Partners

We may share certain information with advertising and analytics partners to:

                      • measure traffic and conversions

                      • understand ad performance

                      • deliver and measure interest-based advertising (where applicable)

Some of this sharing may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” under California law if it involves cross-context behavioral advertising. See Section 5 for your opt-out rights.

The disclosure of information to Advertising Attorneys in response to a Submission is for the purpose of attorney advertising and user-requested contact, and is not a ‘sale’ of personal information as traditionally understood, though certain advertising disclosures may be considered a ‘sale’ or ‘sharing’ under California law.

                    D. Legal, Safety, and Business Transfers

                    We may share information:

                        • to comply with law, legal process, or lawful requests

                        • to protect rights, safety, and security of the Service, users, CBK Solutions, or others in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets (subject to standard protections)

                      4) Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for:

                          • operating the Service

                          • making Submissions available to Advertising Attorneys

                          • complying with legal obligations

                          • resolving disputes and enforcing agreements

                          • security and fraud prevention

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and why we collected it. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information longer. We may retain records of your request as required by law.

                        5) Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights, subject to certain legal exceptions:

                        A. Right to Know / Access

                        You may request details about:

                            • the categories of personal information collected

                            • sources of collection

                            • purposes for collection/use

                            • categories of third parties to whom we disclose personal information

                            • the specific pieces of personal information we collected about you

                          B. Right to Delete

You may request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions (for example, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance).

                          C. Right to Correct

You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.

                          D. Right to Opt Out of “Sale” and “Sharing”

You may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (as defined by California law), including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Do Not Sell or Share (California): California residents may opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (as defined by California law) by emailing info@justiceselect.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share Request.” Please include your name, the email address and/or phone number you used with our Service, and the request you are making. We will process verified requests in accordance with applicable law.

Note: If your information was forwarded to an Advertising Attorney, you must contact that attorney directly to opt out of their use of your information or to stop communications from them.

                          E. Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information

If we collect “sensitive personal information” (for example, certain health-related details you include in an inquiry), you may have the right to limit its use to what is necessary to provide requested services, subject to exceptions.

                          F. Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

How to Exercise Your California Rights

You (or an authorized agent) can submit requests by:

Email: info@justiceselect.com (subject line: “Privacy Rights Request”)

                          6) Notice at Collection (California)

In the last 12 months, we may have collected the following categories:
