CBK Solutions, LLC / Justice Select Do-Not-Call (DNC) Policy

This Do-Not-Call and Text (“DNC”) Policy explains how CBK Solutions, LLC (“CBK Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operator of the Justice Select website and services (the “Service”), handles requests not to receive telephone marketing calls or text messages.
1) Important Notice About Who Places Calls and Text Messages
CBK Solutions does not place outbound marketing calls to consumers who submit information through the Service. If you submit information through our Service, your information may be made available to one or more attorneys or law firms who pay for advertising on our Service (“Advertising Attorneys”). Those Advertising Attorneys may contact you about your inquiry and potential legal services.
Because Advertising Attorneys are independent businesses, their calling and texting practices are controlled by them, not CBK Solutions. If you want calls from an Advertising Attorney to stop, you must contact that Advertising Attorney directly and request that they place you on their do-not-call list and/or honor any other opt-out rights you may have.
2) How to Request That CBK Solutions Not Call or Text You
Even though we do not place outbound marketing calls, you may still request that CBK Solutions place your phone number on our company-specific Do-Not-Call list as an added safeguard.
To submit a request, contact us by email or mail and include:
- Your full name
- The phone number(s) you want added to our DNC list
- The statement: “Please add me to your Do-Not-Call list.”

3) Timing and Duration
Once your request is received and confirmed, your number will be added to our company-specific Do-Not-Call list and honored no later than 10 business days after your request.
Your number will remain on our company-specific Do-Not-Call list for at least five (5) years.
If you change your phone number or add a new number, you must submit a new request for that number.
4) What This Policy Covers (And What It Doesn’t)
This policy applies to telephone calls and text messages that CBK Solutions might place. It does not automatically stop calls from:
- Advertising Attorneys who received your information through the Service
- Other third parties not controlled by CBK Solutions
- Calls that are not “telemarketing” under applicable law (for example, calls related to security, fraud prevention, or other non-marketing purposes, if applicable)
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under federal or state law.
Placement on CBK Solutions’ company-specific Do-Not-Call list does not prevent Advertising Attorneys from contacting you unless you separately request opt-out directly from those attorneys.
5) Sharing of DNC Information
CBK Solutions will not sell your do-not-call request information. We may share it only with our service providers who help us maintain suppression lists or provide operational support, and only as needed to honor your request. CBK Solutions may retain records of Do-Not-Call requests as required by law.
6) National Do Not Call Registry
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) provides a free service where consumers can register residential and mobile phone numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry. This is separate from a company-specific DNC list.

It may take several weeks before you notice a reduction in marketing calls.
